Rules and Regulations
General Information & Guidelines
- There are no fees for spectators to enter the event grounds. Only those planning on using any inflatable attraction at the Inflata Run require a ticket. This includes parents/carers who are accompanying children. Parents accompanying a child should simply purchase their own individual ticket. Organizers reserve the right to limit non-ticketed spectators if paid capacity of the venue reaches 5,000 visitors.
- All children aged 3 and under can enter any inflatable attraction (excluding the InflataMonster and InflataSprint) but must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian with their own ticket. Note that InflataDome is exclusively reserved for kids 3 and under. InflataMonster and Sprint is not recommended for toddlers.
- Children 6 & above can enter the Inflata Stadium, Inflata Park with or without a parent.
- Kids 12 and above can enter any area without a parent except the InflataDome (reserved for ages 3 and under).
- The “Inflata Run” tickets include an All-Day Hour Pass on The World’s Largest Inflatable Obstacle Course (InflataMonster), PLUS unlimited access to Inflata Park, Inflata Stadium, and InflataSprint. (Inflata Park Stadium and Dome sessions are 15 mins each). Entry to each inflatable is on a first-come first-serve basis.
- The Toddlers Pass ticket includes unlimited access to Inflata Park, Inflata Stadium, and InflataDome. (Sessions are 15 mins each). No Race pack will be given for Toddler Pass tickets. Toddlers need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
- If adult already holds an InflataRUN ticket, then the adult can accompany the toddler in permitted inflatables at no additional cost.
- If the adult does NOT have an InflataRUN ticket, the adult can opt to purchase a Parent/Carer ticket and accompany up to 2 toddlers in the inflatable attractions where toddlers are allowed. Note that parent/caregiver ticket does not grant entry to the adult in the InflataMonster or the InflataSprint
- Tickets and Inflata Race Packs are limited so it is advised to purchase in advance. There is a total no-refund policy at the InflataRun Event.
- InflataRUN organizers may temporarily close inflatable attractions due to weather conditions for the safety of guests and will reopen when weather stabilises. This includes rain, high winds or dust storms. Should the attractions be closed for more than 4 hours, guests will be offered a complimentary ticket for next day. No refunds will be entertained.
Safety First
Who can use the Inflatables?
- Every person who participates on any Inflatables at the InflataRUN must first read the rules and regulations of the InflataRUN.
- Those under 12 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to enter the InflataRUN.
- Minimum age to have fun at the InflataRUN is 3. Guests under 3 and ages 4-12 years must be accompanied by an Adult or caregiver at their own risk. Adults or caregivers will be charged separately. Please refer to ticketing Options and select the best ticket for you.
- Do not go on the Inflatables if you are pregnant or have other health limitations.

Safety Rules at The World’s Largest Inflatable Zone
- Customers may not sit or lie once inside the InflataRUN inflatables. Exit the Inflatable if you need to rest.
- Pushing, wrestling, tackling, running, racing, playing tag, and horseplay of any kind is strictly forbidden.
- Guests are not allowed to jump against, climb or play near the sides or wall nettings.
- Guests should be sliding in the proper manner demonstrated on safety plaques (feet first).
- When sliding down a slide, always wait for the person already on the slide to exit the slide first.
- Double bouncing on any slide or obstacles is strictly prohibited.
- No double flips or flips or tricks over the inflatables.
- Customers must be in control of their body at all times.
- Spitting and profanity are prohibited.
- No Refunds! Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded.
About Apparel, Accessories, and Objects
- Guests must wear the anti-slip socks provided at all times while inside the InflataRUN inflatables.
- No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the inflatables.
- No glass, balls, professional cameras, or other objects or equipment are permitted on the inflatables. Mobile phones are permitted at your own risk.
- Guests must be properly dressed and have socks on to avoid skin burns. No shoes on the inflatables. We recommend wearing full sleeve sport material t-shirts and track pants or sport leggings.
- Guests may purchase extra socks from the InflataRUN counter if they need to.
- Customers may not have anything in their mouths (gum, candy, etc.) while on the Inflatables.
- No food or drink is permitted on the Inflatables.
- Customers may not have anything in their pockets while on the Inflatables.
Pay Attention to the Rules!
- Adhere to these rules and additional rules which are posted on site for featured areas of the inflatables.
- Adhere to the directions of Inflatable monitors and other event staff at all times.
- Guests acknowledge that they are entering the inflatables at their own risk and will not hold the management or organizers responsible for any injury.
- Please read the ticketing rules and regulations carefully to understand what you are entitled to depending on the ticket you have purchased.
- No guest will be allowed to enter any inflatables if a waiver has not been digitally signed by the ticket holder or on behalf of the ticket holder (if ticket holder is under the age of 18)
