FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

InflataRUN opens at 4:00 PM. We strongly advise to arrive as early as possible and be prepared to spend at least 4 hours at the venue to enjoy the full experience. Head to our check-in tent. We’ll quickly check your tickets so please have these printed or ready to show on your cell phone. We’ll then validate your tickets for wristbands so you’re ready to enter your session at your scheduled time. Access to Inflatables is unlimited all day upon purchasing the InflataRUN Event Ticket or the Toddlers Pass.

Anyone aged 2 and above is welcome! But to keep everyone safe we’ve split each session into different age areas.

Inflata Dome are exclusively for parents/carers with children aged 3 and under. ‘Inflata Park/Stadium’ are for kids aged 12 and under Their parents/carers can join them too although they will also need to buy a separate ticket for the InflataRun. Inflata Monster have the same rules but for people aged 12 and above while Ages 3 to 12 require an adult/guardian to accompany them. For Safety reasons people under 3 are not allowed inside the Inflata Monster.

No. Only children aged 12 and under must be accompanied into the inflatables by a paying adult ticket or parent/carer ticket depending on the inflatable attraction. People aged between 3 to 12 require an adult/guardian to accompany them for the Inflata Monster. Please refer to the Ticketing page for more details.

It’s free for parents to enter the event venue with their children. However, if you want to enter any of our inflatable attractions along with your children you will require your own individual ticket. Simply purchase an additional ticket to the same session/time slot that your kids are attending. Please refer to the Ticketing page for more details.

Our Inflata Run ticket gives you an all-day pass to experience our InflataMonster. You must exit the Monster and queue again for repeat experience. This includes unlimited timed slots on Inflata Dome/Stadium/Park/Sprint (age restrictions apply).

There will also be plenty seating, shaded areas and food vendors for those who want some downtime, and spectators who want to kick back and watch the fun unfold.

Bouncing and having this much fun in the outdoors will require some energy. So we suggest you dress in something to keep cool.

  • All participants are recommended to wear long trousers and long-sleeved shirts at all times on the Inflatables to minimize risk of friction burns or personal injury.
  • It is recommended that participants wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and the Activities and which they do not mind getting damaged.
  • No shoes are to be worn on the Inflatables and must be stored in the self-service shoe storage area.
  • All participants must wear the safety socks provided at all times on the inflatables.
  • Participants are required to remove all jewelry, as well as any sharp or valuable objects (including, but not limited to, keys, mobile phones, money, etc.) from their pockets, before participating in the activity.

The only restrictions we have are ‘no shoes’ and ‘no bare feet’ while on the inflatables. We have awesome branded ‘gripper socks’ available on site included in the Inflata Run Ticket Price. Extra socks can be purchased at 10 QAR for each pair. There will be a ‘shoe zone’ to leave shoes before you enter. Comfort is key! As the weather is unpredictable – we suggest wearing knee length pants or full-length trousers whilst you bounce!

It is a 448m stretch run of Inflatable Obstacle Course for families and friends to Enjoy.  The Inflata Monster comes with 27 different sections of challenging obstacles.

What we care about most is you having a #CrazyFun day. Just show up ready to make some #CrazyFun memories with your friends and family, we’ll do the rest. When it’s time to take on our GIANT inflatables, feel free to be a kid again; you’ll laugh until you cry!

 

 

More than just a bounce session, this is an actual day out – One ticket, 5 Awesome inflatable experiences and more!

We have a variety of shaded areas with seating where moms and dads + tired participants can hang out whilst the kids enjoy their sessions. We will have food and drink available at our event.

Carnival Games will be an added fun activity for the event where guests can beat the challenge and win amazing plush toys.

Our MC will be roaming the Inflata run site getting everyone hyped before each session starts! So, come down early and make a real day out of all that we have to offer.

We have a stage area as well where we will have a DJ playing music for you the whole day. Stage will also include a few performances for kids and families. 

Food Booths + Monster Trucks + Inflatable PhotoBooth

While it won’t be possible to spectate on what’s going on inside the inflatables everyone is welcome to come down to our event and no ticket is required to enter the grounds. We’ll have various food vendors and plenty seating available for those with or without a ticket. Guests will need to buy the Inflata Run Ticket in order to access any of the inflatables.

Absolutely not. The Inflata Run experience can be as high energy or as low energy as you want. Come in and jump around or chill out on one of our seating areas the whole time, watching people bounce by. It’s entirely up to you!

InflataRUN organizers may temporarily close inflatable attractions due to weather conditions for the safety of guests and will reopen when weather stabilises. This includes rain, high winds or dust storms. Should the attractions be closed for more than 4 hours, guests will be offered a complimentary ticket for next day. No refunds will be entertained. We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your session and dressing appropriately.

The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on the Facebook event page (sign up for updates for your town at https://www.facebook.com/inflata.run/)

 

The only possibility of the event day or days being cancelled are either by government direction or due to bad weather. In such a scenario, we will try our best to reschedule your ticket to a different day (subject to availability). Should you choose not accept the alternate day or if there are no tickets available, we will gladly refund your ticket. Refunds are given on the same payment method used for payment.

Event Timings may change or be adjusted due to change in weather conditions, government instructions, or for any reason concerning visitor safety. No refunds are granted for change in timings for reasons stated above.

 

The InflataRUN is an outdoor event that takes place during winter season. Therefore, on sunny days, we advise all participants to dress appropriately, stay hydrated and apply sunscreen. We have dedicated shaded areas throughout the site and water is available.

Our goal is always to deliver the full ‘Inflata Run’ experience. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

Next to the InflataRUN there are multiple parking spots. We recommend our bouncing guests to come early in order to get the best parking spots available. Parking is on first come first serve basis. Know more 

We have tried to keep the tickets options as simple as possible. Please refer to the table on tickets page inflatarun.com/tickets/ to understand the ticketing options. Important to note are the age and access restrictions for various inflatables at the event

Race Packs will be distributed on the day of your visit to the InflataRUN. Please arrive at least one hour ahead of your schedule time slot.

To guarantee your spot we recommend purchasing in advance online from https://inflatarun.com/tickets. Sessions do often completely sell out in advance of the event. If a session is sold out online this means it is full. No more tickets will be available on-site on the day

All sales are final, and we cannot refund tickets unless a refund is due in accordance with our terms which is detailed (Weather and Date Change Policy)

All purchasers are asked to agree to this policy during checkout. To avoid disappointment, we recommend checking your calendar and selecting the date and time of your visit carefully.

No, tickets once purchased cannot be transferred. Just like a movie ticket or a concert ticket, no changes are are allowed once purchased.

Children ages 3 and below can also bounce with us an will require a Toddler Pass with a Carer Pass. If they do not go any inflatables, they do not require a ticket to be at the event venue.

If you have access to a printer, we recommend printing your tickets as this will speed up your check in process, but so long as you can show your email receipt or tickets on your phone you will be good to go!

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by those named on the tickets.

If your booked event date has been cancelled or postponed you will have received an email outlining your options. If one of those options allowed you to request a refund, rest assured that we are working through these and will notify you when the refund has been processed. If you chose to keep your tickets, new tickets for the rescheduled date will be issued.

The InflataRUN is just not about inflatables. “Pizza Fest” will be the official Food Court of the InflataRUN featuring over 35 Food Outlets for visitors to indulge themselves after bouncing. And yes, bouncing does make you hungry! As these are subject to local availability, I’m afraid we can’t give any specifics on the vendors that will be present before the event. We have a large, some shaded seating areas, but this is expected to be very popular so feel free to bring along picnic blankets or collapsible chairs. No outside food is allowed in the event area.

We have no problem with you taking your own camera phone in with you. Just keep it safe and secure though as these have been known to fly out the pockets of over enthusiastic bouncers! In short, cameras are at your own risk and professional Cams not allowed.

Inflatables will be cleaned regularly throughout the event and also there will be cleaners at site during the event itself to maintain proper hygiene. 

There is no weight limit for the Inflata Monster. Other Inflatables do have a weight limit

We strongly recommend not to Bounce if you are “Pregnant”

We have a dedicated, enclosed, self-managed ‘Storage’ area where you can leave sneakers etc. This is a secure area though so it’s not recommended that you leave anything valuable.

Storage Pods are available to securely store bags and belongings whilst bouncing. These are available on a first come, first served basis. Please allow extra time for arrival if planning to rent a storage pod. Storage pods are priced 10 QAR each. Pods are limited to 30cmx30cm in size are we recommend to store all your belongings in the draw string bag provided with your race pack and we will zip tie it for you.

We’re afraid no pets are allowed.

All turned in lost and found items can be picked up during event hours at the venue. After the event valuables will be turned into the local police station and can be picked up there.

You can enter the venue by downloading and registering on the BookingQube application. Enjoy the live DJ, band, and roaming performers just by registering on the application.

The wristband is your main ticket to enjoy the inflatable activities inside the venue. Please make sure that the wristband is on your wrist at all times. Otherwise, you will not be able to access the inflatable activities. Intentionally torn or removed wristbands are considered invalid.

Paramedics will be available on site during the event operation hours to assist you and your loved ones. Your safety is our 1st priority.
