General Information & Guidelines
Entry Policy:
- All attendees must purchase a ticket to enter the event grounds (General Entry or InflataPass).
- General Entry allows access to the event grounds and non-inflatable activities such as carnival games, arcade zones, and other attractions.
- An InflataPass is required for access to all inflatable attractions.
Children Under 3:
- Children aged 3 and under can participate in designated inflatable attractions (excluding InflataMonster and InflataSprint) when accompanied by a paying adult with an InflataPass.
- The InflataDome is exclusively reserved for children aged 3 and under.
Inflatable Access:
- Entry to inflatable attractions operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each session for InflataSplash, InflataStadium, InflataTeddy and InflataDome is limited to 15 minutes to ensure everyone gets a turn.
- Attractions like InflataMonster, MiniMonster and InflataSprint are not recommended for toddlers.
Children’s Access:
- Children aged 6 and above can enter InflataSplash, InflataStadium, InflataTeddy and InflataDome with or without a parent.
- Children aged 12 and above can independently access all areas except the InflataDome (reserved for ages 3 and under).
Weather Policy:
- Inflatable attractions may be temporarily closed during adverse weather conditions such as rain, high winds, or dust storms to ensure guest safety.
- If closures last for more than 4 hours, guests will be issued a complimentary ticket for the next day.
- Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Safety Policy:
- All inflatable activities are designed to be safe and monitored by staff, but participants are required to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
- Guests are encouraged to ensure children wear appropriate clothing and footwear for safety and comfort during activities.
No Refund Policy:
- Tickets purchased for the event are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Capacity Management:
- Organizers reserve the right to limit spectator entry if the venue’s capacity reaches 5,000 visitors.
These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all attendees. Thank you for your cooperation!
Safety First
Who can use the Inflatables?
- Every person who participates on any Inflatables at the InflataRUN must first read the rules and regulations of the InflataRUN.
- Those under 12 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to enter the InflataRUN.
- Minimum age to have fun at the InflataRUN is 3. Guests under 3 and ages 4-12 years must be accompanied by an Adult or caregiver at their own risk. Adults or caregivers will be charged separately. Please refer to ticketing Options and select the best ticket for you.
- Do not go on the Inflatables if you are pregnant or have other health limitations.

Safety Rules at The World’s Largest Inflatable Zone
- Customers may not sit or lie once inside the InflataRUN inflatables. Exit the Inflatable if you need to rest.
- Pushing, wrestling, tackling, running, racing, playing tag, and horseplay of any kind is strictly forbidden.
- Guests are not allowed to jump against, climb or play near the sides or wall nettings.
- Guests should be sliding in the proper manner demonstrated on safety plaques (feet first).
- When sliding down a slide, always wait for the person already on the slide to exit the slide first.
- Double bouncing on any slide or obstacles is strictly prohibited.
- No double flips or flips or tricks over the inflatables.
- Customers must be in control of their body at all times.
- Spitting and profanity are prohibited.
- No Refunds! Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded.
About Apparel, Accessories, and Objects
- Guests must wear the anti-slip socks which can be purchased at venue for QAR 5.
- No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the inflatables.
- No glass, balls, professional cameras, or other objects or equipment are permitted on the inflatables. Mobile phones are permitted at your own risk.
- Guests must be properly dressed and have socks on to avoid skin burns. No shoes on the inflatables. We recommend wearing full sleeve sport material t-shirts and track pants or sport leggings.
- Guests may purchase extra socks from the InflataRUN counter if they need to.
- Customers may not have anything in their mouths (gum, candy, etc.) while on the Inflatables.
- No food or drink is permitted on the Inflatables.
- Customers may not have anything in their pockets while on the Inflatables.
Pay Attention to the Rules!
- Adhere to these rules and additional rules which are posted on site for featured areas of the inflatables.
- Adhere to the directions of Inflatable monitors and other event staff at all times.
- Guests acknowledge that they are entering the inflatables at their own risk and will not hold the management or organizers responsible for any injury.
- Please read the ticketing rules and regulations carefully to understand what you are entitled to depending on the ticket you have purchased.
- No guest will be allowed to enter any inflatables if a waiver has not been digitally signed by the ticket holder or on behalf of the ticket holder (if ticket holder is under the age of 18)
